Our Approach - A Five-Step Method

We build long-term partnerships essential to our clients' growth.  We focus on personalized attention rather than simply filling positions.

1. Understanding Client Needs:

  • Engage with business owners or hiring managers to clarify job specifications, company details, and the appealing aspects of the role and organization.
  • Provide advice on competitive salary ranges and the role's attractiveness, followed by creating a tailored recruitment strategy.

2. Developing a Recruitment Strategy:

  • Utilize our website and exclusive membership platforms for marketing the position.
  • Reach out directly to potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Leverage our research team to identify additional candidates, including those who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.

3. Active Candidate Recruitment:

  • Present the job opportunity enthusiastically to prospective candidates.
  • Keep the hiring manager updated on recruitment progress.
  • Assess and qualify candidates.
  • Address potential issues such as counteroffers, relocation, and non-compete agreements.

4. Facilitating Client-Candidate Meetings:

  • Provide both verbal and electronic summaries of candidates along with confidential resumes.
  • Recommend suitable interview candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Brief and debrief both the hiring manager and candidates.
  • Evaluate whether to proceed with the candidate, consider others, or adjust the search strategy.

5. Ensuring the Right Fit:

  • Schedule follow-up interviews as necessary.
  • Assist the employer in crafting an appealing job offer.
  • Present and negotiate the offer with the candidate.
  • Advise the candidate on how to resign from their current position.
  • Confirm the candidate’s start date.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up with both the candidate and the employer during the first 30 days and beyond.
